Tasting notes

This wine tends to have a mineral quality; it is firm, and not aggressive. Its mouth is quite full, with highly complex aromas (roasted almonds, white blossoms, honey, etc.). It holds up remarkably well over time.

Food pairing

Serve at a temperature of 12° - 13° Celsius. Ideal with fish in butter-based sauces and crustaceans. Should be tried with foie gras.
