Tasting notes

The color is a very pale with sparkle green reflections. The fresh flavoring recalls grapefruit,coriandre and other"green" flavors like asparagus or the artichoke in small very pleasant keys. The wine is dry and fruity with minérales, as if the fossils and the stones were passed in the wine! Long finish.
